Zapier
Zapier is an automation platform that connects over 7,000 apps. For home service contractors running tools that don't have a native PillarDrive integration, Zapier bridges the gap. If your business uses a specific estimating tool, a custom spreadsheet system, a niche CRM, or any other platform that isn't on our direct integration list, Zapier can connect it to PillarDrive without any custom development.
What you can do
PillarDrive is available in Zapier as LeadConnector. You connect your sub-account through Zapier, then build Zaps that push data between PillarDrive and any other app in your stack. New contacts created in PillarDrive can automatically appear in your spreadsheet, your project management tool, your invoicing software, or any other system. Pipeline stage changes, new appointments, and workflow events in PillarDrive can all trigger actions in external tools.
It also works the other direction. Events in outside tools, like a completed payment in your invoicing software or a new row in a Google Sheet, can trigger contact creation or workflow actions inside PillarDrive. No coding required. No custom development needed.
Common use cases for home service contractors include syncing lead data to custom reporting dashboards, triggering follow-up sequences from niche lead generation platforms, and routing job completion data from field service tools back into PillarDrive to kick off review request campaigns.
