Payments sync the other direction. When a homeowner pays through PillarDrive, a sales receipt is created in QuickBooks automatically. This covers order forms, subscription payments, membership checkouts, and calendar booking payments.
Invoices stay in sync between both systems. When you create or update an invoice in PillarDrive, it reflects in QuickBooks. New invoices created after the integration is live sync automatically. You can also choose to import all previously created QuickBooks invoices during setup.
