Google Calendar
Google Calendar is the scheduling backbone for a lot of home service businesses. Estimators, sales reps, and office managers live in it. When a lead books an appointment through PillarDrive's automated booking system, that appointment needs to show up where your team is already working. The Google Calendar integration makes sure it does, automatically.
What you can do
PillarDrive connects directly to Google Calendar with a true two-way sync. When a lead books an appointment through your PillarDrive funnel, the event is created in Google Calendar instantly. No manual entry. No risk of double-booking. The assigned team member sees it in their calendar with the lead's contact information, the job type, and any relevant notes already attached.
The sync also works in reverse. Events already on your Google Calendar block off the corresponding time slots in PillarDrive's booking system. Leads can only schedule during windows when your team is actually available. PillarDrive uses conflict calendar logic to check availability across connected calendars before allowing a booking so double-bookings don't happen. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled, both systems stay in sync automatically.
Why it matters
Disconnected scheduling creates problems fast. A lead who books online shouldn't be calling to confirm because no one got the notification. An estimator who shows up to the wrong address because the calendar wasn't updated costs you a job and your reputation.
PillarDrive's Google Calendar integration keeps everything in sync. Appointments book automatically, your team gets notified immediately, and the schedule stays current without anyone manually updating two systems.
